Project Management System
One of the first projects I undertook at Navigata Communications was the development of a Web-based project management system.
The system allows a manager to assign tasks for client accounts and workgroup members to track their time towards the completion of these tasks. It also provides a manager with an "at-to-glance" view of each individual's workload. Quality assurance is built into the system, as a task cannot be completed and billed until the manager has reviewed it.
A reporting module generates billing and activity reports on a per-client or system-wide basis. The system can also generate PDF versions of these reports.
